I went back and forth to St. Paul while staying in Minneapolis–as I often do–and while I didn’t get to spend a ton of time there, my sister Betsy did introduce me to a couple new places I’ve since added to my “favorites” list. One is Bibelot, a gifts and paper goods store you can explore in for hours. The other–just a few doors up–is The Finnish Bistro, a laid-back neighborhood spot featuring Baked Potato Pizza that’s is every bit as amazing as it sounds.
Oh, and the above pasta? That’s Heartland‘s wild rice fettuccine with vegetables, beet fondant and parmesan that I wrote about in May. It was pretty good, but it didn’t completely blow me away. I just needed a St. Paul photo 🙂
